Holidaybreak plc announces that on 17 June 2004 the following directors were
granted options over Holidaybreak plc ordinary 5p shares under the terms of the
Holidaybreak plc 2001 Savings Related Share Option Scheme:

The options are exercisable from 1 September 2009 to 1 March.


Following the above grant of options the Directors have an interest in the share
