Director/PDMR Shareholding

Holidaybreak plc announces that James Greenbury, Director, has today purchased
11,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 692.5p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Greenbury has notified his interest in the share
capital of the Company in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2. (R) and section
324 of the Companies Act as follows:
