                           Completion of Acquisition

Further to the announcement earlier today ("Result of EGM"), the Board of
Holidaybreak confirms that the acquisition of PGL has been completed.

The Company confirms that Martin Davies has been appointed as a Director of the
Company with immediate effect and hereby makes notification in accordance with
paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.

1.  Mr Davies has not been a director of any other publicly listed company in 
    the last 5 years.

2.  There are no details to be disclosed as required under paragraphs LR 9.6.13
    (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
