At a board meeting prior to the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 29
July 2004 Jamie Borwick, as had been indicated in the Chairman's Statement of
the Annual Report, stepped down as Chairman of the Company to be succeeded by
Alex Hammond-Chambers.
