Halfords Group PLC 16 June 2004 Halfords Group Plc (the 'Company') The Company received notification on 14 June 2004 that FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity International Limited, and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, both being non-beneficial holders, have an interest in 12,380,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing 5.43% of the issued share capital of the Company.
