Following the vesting of 8,897.219 ordinary shares under the GlaxoSmithKline Deferred Investment Award on 29 January 2011, Dr P Vallance received a payment of £11.51 per ordinary share on 29 January 2011. The Company was advised of this transaction on 1 February 2011.
