Gresham has been notified by Parkwood that further to the announcements dated 21 January, 2008, 23
January, 2008 and 7 March, 2008, as at 28 March, 2008 IFT Nominees Limited continue to hold 1,463,063
ordinary shares in Gresham as nominees for Parkwood who are the beneficial owners and hold the voting
rights to these shares which represent 29.99% of the issued share capital of Gresham.
