                           Notice of Interim results

The Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of CLB Littlejohn Frazer
as auditors to the Company.


The auditors are currently completing their audit of the Company for the 17
months ended 31 December 2006 and also their review for the six months ended 30
June 2007.  As a result, the Directors now expect that the Interim statements
for the six months ended 30 June 2007 will be announced by the end of October
2007 at which time the report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2006
will be sent to shareholders and the share suspension will be lifted.


A general meeting for approving the accounts will be held in November 2007.
