The  Company  announces that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company (the "EGM")  will  be  held  on  4
January 2011 at 10.00 a.m. at the Herbert Park Hotel, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Republic of Ireland.

Notice  of  the  EGM  has  been posted to shareholders.  Copies of the Notice of  EGM  will  be  available  for
inspection  for  a  period of one month from today's date, free of charge, from 6 Northbrook  Road,  Dublin  6,
Republic of Ireland.
