GRC International Group plc (AIM: GRC), the international governance, risk management and compliance company whose main business is cyber defence-in-depth, announces that its annual general meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Mills & Reeve LLP at 24 King William Street, London EC4R 9AT on 29 September 2023 at 11.00 a.m.
The notice of AGM, the proxy form and the Group's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023 have been posted to shareholders and are available to view on the Group's website, at www.grci.group/results-reports-presentations.
