GFHG and CEUET sign memorandum of understanding for cooperation

London, United Kingdom, Sep 19, 2017 - Grand Fortune High Grade Limited ("GFHG") and China Education Union Educational Technology Limited Company ("CEUET") today announced that after a series of discussions, they have agreed to enter into a non-binding memorandum of understanding ("MOU") that confirms their intent to cooperate in the fields of financial education and professional training in China.

The parties see great business opportunities in the Chinese professional education training sector, and mutually agree that both parties will benefit from this cooperation. Details of this cooperation will be discussed in the near future which the parties believe will ultimately believe the execution of a binding agreement.

"Over the last decade, China's financial service sector has grown rapidly along with the demand for financial personnel" said Mr. Alex Chan, Chairman of CEUET. "Both GFHG and CEUET are leading financial training companies and by bringing the two companies together, I believe both parties will benefit both professionally and financially."

Negotiations between the parties are still underway and more details about the potential agreement will be released in due course.
