The Company was notified on 27 July 2006 that Folksam Fund Portfolios has
increased its beneficial holding in Gas Turbine Efficiency plc from 1,166,666
ordinary shares representing 2.67 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company to 1,421,666 ordinary shares representing 3.25 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company.
