Gas Turbine Efficiency plc was notified on 13 July 2006 that EIG Venture Capital
Limited has sold 4,415,626 Gas Turbine Efficiency ordinary shares at 39p each to
a number of leading institutional investors to meet market demand. Following
this transaction, EIG Venture Capital Limited holds 16,001,559 Gas Turbine
Efficiency ordinary shares, equivalent to 36.57 per cent of the issued ordinary
share capital of the Company.
