The Company was informed on 18th June 2008 that Legal & General Group plc (through a combination of direct and indirect holdings) holds 3,731,140 ordinary shares with voting rights in GTE, which now represent 5.19 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company, following the equity placing announced on 10th June 2008.
