The Company was notified that AXA S.A ('AXA'), as a result of the increase in
the Company's issued share capital from the placing of shares that was announced
in May 2007, now holds interests in ordinary shares representing 10.14% of the
issued share capital of the Company. This shareholding is held by AXA's
subsidiary, Framlington Investment Management Limited.
