GOODWIN PLC


We are pleased to announce that Easat Antennas Ltd.,our Radar Antenna
subsidiary, has won a large contract in excess of US $10 million for the supply
of Transportable Air Surveillance Radar Antennas.

This contract is the largest that Easat has won since we formed the company
twenty years ago and with this base load of work, it will enable this subsidiary
to significantly improve its financial performance over the next two to three
years.
