Notice of AGM and posting of Scrip Dividend Circular

Notice of AGM

Good Energy announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 and Notice of AGM have been posted to shareholders today.

The Company will be holding the AGM at 10.30am on Monday 27 April 2015, at The Lansdowne Club, 9 Fitzmaurice Place, Mayfair, London W1J 5JD.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM are also available on the Company's website at www.goodenergygroup.co.uk.

Scrip Dividend

Further to the announcement on the Company's preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2014 on 17 March 2015, in which the Directors recommended a final dividend of 2.3p per share for the period, the Board has decided to offer shareholders a scrip dividend alternative to this dividend. As such a circular and other documentation setting out full details relating to this scrip dividend has been sent to shareholders today.

If shareholders wish to receive all of this dividend by way of new shares in the Company, election forms need to be filed by 4pm on 11 May 2015.  If no action is taken, the dividend will be paid as cash.  The reference price of the scrip shares in respect of the dividend will be calculated and published on or around 30 April 2015.

The Company announces an updated timetable for the payment of the final dividend with a change in the record date from 8 May 2015 to 24 April 2015, as set out below:
