The Directors announced the proposed final dividend for 2006, of 4.2p per
ordinary share, in the  Company's preliminary statement issued yesterday.
Subject to approval at the Company's Annual  General Meeting on 14 February 2007
the proposed date of payment for the final dividend is 15  February 2007.
