Chief Financial Officer ('CFO") Succession

Gooch & Housego PLC, the specialist manufacturer of optical components and systems, announces that, after more than 10 years as Chief Financial Officer, Andy Boteler has decided to step down from the Board in the summer of 2019 as part of a managed succession process.  

A specialist recruitment agency, Warren Partners, has been appointed to assist in identifying the new CFO. Andy has committed to remain at the Company until his successor is appointed.
