                               Additional Listing


Application has been made to AIM for admission of 647,399 Ordinary Shares of 20p
each in the Company ('Shares'). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing shares in issue, are to be issued in
part-consideration for the acquisition of SIFAM Fibre Options Ltd, announced
earlier today.


Admission is expected to become effective on 9th May 2007
