Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM')

The Board of GPPM is pleased to announce that at the Company's EGM held earlier today, the two resolutions presented to shareholders and set out in the notice of EGM contained in the circular to shareholders of the Company dated 14 March 2009 (the 'Circular'), were duly passed by the requisite majorities.
