                           DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING


The Company has been informed that Mr Ashley Head, Executive Chairman of
DataCash, has today sold 1.2 million DataCash shares at 240p. He now holds
44,793,680 shares, representing 48.64% of the Company.

As part of the DataCash acquisition of Proc Cyber Services (UK) Ltd in June
2006, Mr Head received top-up rights in relation to the outstanding options in
issue at the date of acquisition (1,481,384 shares). Since then he has exercised
such rights over 880,569 shares, and retains similar rights over another 600,815
shares.
