Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland focused on delivering private and affordable housing, announces that, on 3 March 2026, Sandy Adam, Chairman, transferred 400,000 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the partner of one of his sons at nil cost. 

 

Following this transfer, Mr Adam has an interest in 25,040,120 Ordinary Shares1 in the Company, representing 21.0% of its issued share capital.
