                         Placing and Additional Listing


The Company announces today that it has placed 100,000 shares at £1.75 a share
to raise an additional £175,000 before expenses.  Application will be made for
these shares to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of
the London Stock Exchange.

This placing is pursuant to the Company's previously announced strategy of
achieving a more balanced share register and follows the earlier announcement of
27 May 2002 stating that 50,000 shares had been purchased for cancellation.
Following the placing, the number of shares in issue is 33,299,303 (previously
33,199,303).
