                                Issue of equity

Application has been made today for the admission to trading on AIM of 60,719
ordinary shares of 10p each ('Ordinary Shares'). The Ordinary Shares have been
issued pursuant to the exercise of share options by certain employees of the
Company under option schemes for which no block listing arrangements are in
place.

The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
issued share capital of the Company.

Trading in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on Monday 6th September 2004.
