The Company is pleased to announce that it has applied for admission to trading
on AIM of 618,740 new ordinary shares of 10p pursuant to its Employee
Savings-Related Share Option Scheme. The application is made under a block
listing, of which 99,062 are to be issued today, leaving a balance of 519,678
which may be issued up until 1 September 2004.

The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued
ordinary share capital of the Company. The number of shares in issue following
this listing will be 34,592,051.
