                               PDMR Shareholding


The Company announces that 3,295 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') were today sold on behalf of Steve Amies, Chief Operating
Officer for Product Development & Strategy at a price of 760 pence per Ordinary
Share.

The above 3,295 Ordinary Shares were sold as a result of Steve Amies exercising
share options under the Company's 2000 Share Option Scheme.

Following the above transaction Steve Amies has no shareholding in the Company
and is the beneficial owner of 124,002 options and conditional shares in the
Company.
