The Company is pleased to announce that it has today placed 200,000 new ordinary
shares of 10p each at 168p per share, raising gross proceeds of £336,000.

Application has today been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on
the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. The shares will
rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company and dealings
are expected to commence in the new ordinary shares on 25th  September 2002.

This placing has been made in pursuit of the Company's previously announced
strategy of achieving a more balanced share register which was approved by
shareholders at the Company's AGM on 22nd August 2002.  An equivalent amount of
shares will be purchased through the market from small shareholders, over time.
