The company announces that it has today applied for 85,000 new ordinary shares
of 10p to be admitted to trading on AIM. These shares were issued under the
terms of 1997 Company Share Option Plan.
Dealings are expected to commence in the new ordinary shares at 8.30 a.m. on
27th July 2001.
