Voting Rights and Capital



In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6) and following
admission of 506,322 new ordinary shares, the Company's capital comprises
62,905,521 ordinary shares of US$0.01.



The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
