Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 and rule 15 of the AIM Rules 
the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 13 May 2005 that Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiary 
companies have acquired an interest in 1,284,057 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in 
the Company. This represents 3.32% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was notified on 13 May 2005 that The Goldman Sachs Group Inc and its 
direct and indirect subsidiaries have an interest in 1,353,252 Ordinary Shares 
of 10p each in the Company. This represents 3.50% of the issued share capital of 
the Company.

The Company was notified on 13 May 2005 that Morgan Stanley Securities Limited, 
and the group companies which are direct or indirect holding companies of it, 
no longer hold a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company

 The Company was notified on 13 May 2005 that RAB Capital Plc, acting as 
investment manager for a number of commingled funds, have an interest in 
3,366,300 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company. This represents 8.71% of 
the issued share capital of the Company.
