                      Notification of significant holding


Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 and rule 15 of the AIM Rules 
the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 1 April 2005 that Morgan Stanley Securities Limited 
had disposed of an interest in the shares of the Company and now holds 
1,883,153 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 4.91 % of the 
issued share capital of the Company. Of these 1,934,653 Ordinary Shares, 
the Company has been informed that 185,000 Ordinary Shares are held pursuant 
to section 208(5) of the Act.
