the following information falls to be disclosed:


The Company was notified on 20 January 2005 that RAB Capital plc, acting as
investment manager for a number of funds,  currently holds an interest in
4,465,478 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company. This represents 11.63% of
the  issued share capital of the Company.
