Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 and rule 15 of the AIM Rules
 the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 3 October 2005 that RAB Capital plc, acting as 
investment manager for a number of funds, currently holds a non-beneficial 
interest of 3,205,400 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company. 
This represents 7.80% of the issued share capital of the Company.
