Change of name and website

The Company is pleased to announce that following approval from its shareholders at the general meeting on 7 September 2016, the Company's name has changed to Gattaca plc.  Trading in the Company's shares under the new name will commence at 8.00am on Tuesday, 13 September 2016.  The Company's ticker will also change at this time, to GATC.  The Company's ISIN and SEDOL numbers for the ordinary shares remain unchanged.

The website address at which the information required pursuant to AIM Rule 26 is available has changed to www.gattacaplc.com
