manager for US mutual funds and Fidelity International Limited ('FIL') and its
direct and indirect subsidiaries, are together interested in a total of
3,958,971 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 12.85 per
cent of the Company's issued share capital. This represents a decrease in
holding since the last filing of 29,748 ordinary shares.
