The Company received notification on 13 January 2003 that FMR Corp, parent
holding company of Fidelity Management & Research Company ('FMRCO'), an
investment manager for US mutual funds and Fidelity International Limited ('FIL
') and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, are together interested in a total
of 3,893,884 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 13.03
per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.  This represents an increase in
holding since the last filing of 27,805 ordinary shares.
