Games Workshop Group PLC ('the Company')

On 19 September 2003 The Warhammer Pension Scheme (a pension scheme for senior
employees of the Company) sold its holding of 57,590 shares in the Company at a
price of 730p per share.

The trustees of the scheme indicated their intention to reduce the holding of
shares in the Company, in accordance with the scheme's investment policy, on 30
July 2002.

T Kirby and M Sherwin, both directors of the Company, are trustees as well as
members of the pension scheme.  Their personal shareholdings in the Company
remain unchanged.
