Dealings by Director and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility

The Company was informed on 11 November 2005 Michael Sherwin, Finance Director
of Games Workshop, exercised options over 1,408 ordinary shares of 5 pence each
('Ordinary Shares') in the Company which were granted under the Company's
Sharesave Scheme at an exercise price of 335.5 pence.

Mr Sherwin's holding has therefore increased to 65,668 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 0.21 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital
of the Company.

The Company was informed on 11 November 2005 Paul Thomas, a person discharging
managerial responsibility at Games Workshop, exercised options over 416 ordinary
shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company which were granted
under the Company's Sharesave Scheme at an exercise price of 335.5 pence.

Mr Thomas's holding has therefore increased to 20,976 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 0.07 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital
of the Company.
