DIRECTOR & PDMR INTERESTS

On 1 July 2011 the six month exercise period relating to options granted on 30 November 2007 under the Company's Savings Related Share Option Plan with a three year savings contract commencing on 1 January 2008, expired.

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4(R) (1), the Company announces that the following options lapsed with effect from that date:
