The Future Network plc (the 'Company') received notification on 24 September 
2004 from Deutsche Bank AG advising that Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiary
companies no longer hold a 3% notifiable interest in the shares of the Company
(as determined in accordance with Sections 198-202 of the Companies Act 1985, as
amended).
