      Fabian Romania Property Fund Limited ('Fabian Romania' or 'Company')

            Result of Annual General Meeting and Directorate Change

At the Annual General Meeting of Fabian Romania held yesterday, all the
resolutions were duly passed by shareholders, including the change of the
Company's name to Fabian Romania Limited.

The Company also announces that Antony Royston Gardner-Hillman (formerly Antony
Royston Hillman), a non-executive director of the Company, yesterday stood down
from the board with immediate effect for personal reasons.
