Fuller Smith & Turner P.L.C. ('the Company')

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock
Exchange for a Block Listing of 500,000 'A' Ordinary shares of £1 each to be
admitted to the Official List.

The shares ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares in issue will be allotted pursuant to the exercise of options and to
the rules of the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme. The shares will not
be allotted immediately but as and when the scheme rules allow.
