Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 20 June 2011 it received notification that on the same day, Richard Fraser, a director of the Company, sold 75,471 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 13.5p per share.  Following this transaction, Richard Fraser is now beneficially interested in 6,061,375 Ordinary Shares, representing 11.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
