All Ordinary Resolutions Passed at EGM

EGM RESULT


The  Company  is  pleased to announce  that  shareholders
approved   two  ordinary  resolutions  proposed   at   an
Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held earlier
today.

The resolutions were:

1.    To  approve  the  grant of conditional  performance
   warrant rights to Matrix-Securities Limited in relation
   to  the Company's 'C' Shares pursuant to a conditional
   performance warrant rights agreement dated 14  October
   1999; and

2.     To   approve   a  variation  to  the   conditional
   performance warrant right agreement dated 29 September
   1997 in relation to the Company's ordinary shares.

Further  details of the resolutions were contained  in  a
circular to shareholders dated 17 November 1999.
