                      Annual General Meeting notification



Focus Solutions Group plc ("Focus" and "The Company"), the specialist provider
of sales automation solutions to the financial services industry, today
announces its Annual General Meeting will now be held on Thursday 27 June 2002
and not Thursday 25 July 2002 as stated in the Company's 2002 preliminary
statement.  The meeting will be held at Focus's offices in Leamington Spa at
4.30pm.
