The Company has been informed on 7 August 2006 that Alastair Taylor,
non-executive chairman of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p
each in Focus ("Ordinary Shares") on 4th August 2006 at a price of 15 pence per
Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Taylor owns 105,000 Ordinary
Shares in the Company, representing 0.37% of the Ordinary Share capital.
