                               Additional Listing

Pursuant to an exercise of 166,000 options at 14.586 pence per share, 100,000
options at 20.00 pence per share and 25,000 options at 25 pence per share, the
Company has issued 291,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company.

The Company has made application for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on 17 January 2007.
