EGM Statement


The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc announces that at the EGM held on 23rd November 
2005 all of the resolutions were duly passed.


Accordingly, subject to court approval, the previously announced 5p per share
dividend will be payable on 30 December 2005, to ordinary shareholders on the
register on 16 December 2005. The ex-dividend date will be 14 December 2005.
