CT Automotive, a leading designer, developer and supplier of interior components to the global automotive industry, announces that Geraint Davies, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, has purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 25.4 pence per Ordinary Share

Following the Purchase, Geraint Davies is now interested in 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.14 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
